Last updated 19 August 2026. These terms apply to everything bought from this website. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

Editable documentation toolkits for ISO management systems, supplied as digital files. Each product page lists exactly what is included, the number of pages and the file formats. There are no physical goods, no subscriptions and no recurring charges.
We are an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to ISO, BSI or any certification or accreditation body, and our documents do not reproduce the text of any standard. You will still need your own licensed copy of the standard itself, which in the United Kingdom is published by BSI.
Buying documentation does not make your organisation certified. Certification comes only from an accredited certification body that audits you. We do not act as your consultant, your auditor or your legal adviser, and nothing on this site or in our documents is legal advice.
Where a document must by law or by competence be produced by a qualified specialist, such as a fire risk assessment, an asbestos survey, a legionella risk assessment or health surveillance, our toolkits tell you how to commission it properly rather than supplying a template. We will not sell you a template for something you should not be writing yourself.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Where sales tax or VAT is due it is calculated and added at checkout, and the total you will pay is shown before you confirm. Our payment provider acts as merchant of record and is responsible for collecting and remitting that tax.
We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the moment you complete your order.
Delivery is by instant download once payment is confirmed, together with a link sent by email. Download links are valid for a reasonable period and can be reissued on request. See Delivery and refunds for the detail.
You may use, edit, adapt and rebrand everything in a toolkit within your own organisation, on as many sites and for as many people as you employ. You may give completed documents to your certification body, assessor, clients, insurer or regulator.
You may not resell, share, sub-licence or distribute the blank toolkit outside your organisation, publish it anywhere it can be downloaded by others, or use it to provide templates to third parties as part of a consultancy or template-selling service.
Copyright in the documents stays with us. The licence is granted to the organisation that bought it and cannot be transferred, except where that organisation is sold as a going concern.
The full wording is on the Licence terms page and inside every toolkit.
If we find an error in a document, or a standard changes in a way that affects it, we correct it and reissue the corrected file to everyone who has bought that toolkit, at no charge. We do not promise updates indefinitely, but we have never charged for one.
We take care to be accurate and the documents are written and checked by a qualified auditor. Even so, management systems are specific to the organisation running them. You remain responsible for making the documents true of your business, for verifying your own legal obligations with your regulator or a suitably qualified adviser, and for the decisions you take.
Statutory references are drafted for the United Kingdom, with Scotland and Northern Ireland variations noted. Management system requirements carry across to other jurisdictions unchanged. Statutory references do not.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of a consumer.
Subject to that, and where you are buying as a business, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contracts, or for the outcome of any audit, inspection, tender or certification decision.
Email us first at hello@auditproof.co.uk. Almost everything is resolved that way, and it is faster than any formal route.
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it. The date at the top tells you when this version was published.
